By using this website or placing an order on the Constellation Complex website, you agree to the following statements, terms and conditions:
I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years of age.

I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

I am not a fugitive from justice.

I will not commit any unauthorized export of defense articles including but not limited to firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition.

I am not an illegal or unlawful alien, and I am not a non-immigrant alien.

I am currently not subject to a domestic violence restraining order of any kind.

I have not been adjudicated as mentally defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.

I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.

By selling or delivering ammunition, firearms, and/or firearm accessories to me, Constellation Complex is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.

I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.

I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.

Cancellations

Constellation Complex order system automatically submits my order to the shipping department for picking/shipping and that I cannot cancel an order once placed. I also understand that Constellation Complex may cancel my order at any time if I did not abide by the Terms and Conditions. I understand that if I refuse to accept delivery of an order that I placed, then Constellation Complex will charge me the full cost of shipping plus a restocking fee of 25%. The “full cost of shipping” is the cost to ship from Constellation Complex to your chosen destination, plus the cost to ship back to Constellation Complex. I will receive back the remainder of my original payment (minus shipping and restocking amounts, as explained above) as a store credit, not as a refund. Constellation Complex reserves the right cancel any order or any item on an order.

Firearm Sales and Shipments

All firearms and ammunition sold will be in accordance with applicable laws.

Firearms purchased on-line may be picked up at Constellation Complex or shipped (transferred) to another federally licensed firearms (FFL) dealer.

If picked up at Constellation Complex, buyer is subject to all federal, state, and locally mandated requirements including 10 day waiting period, background check and background check fees. Buyers are required to meet age, residency and identification requirements.

Shipments to other FFL dealers are subject to federal and state regulations. Receiving dealer is responsible for buyer meeting all applicable delivery and eligibility requirements for purchase.

Federal law requires handgun and receiver only purchasers to be 21 years of age.

Ammunition Shipments

Ammunition will be shipped ground to the 48 contiguous US states only.

Shipping and Title

All orders are shipped with “Adult Signature Required”.

I understand that I will take legal title to the products in my order once they are delivered to my specified address. I agree that the shipping carrier’s records as to when and where my order was delivered will be definitive and that I am fully responsible for my products once they are delivered.

Tax Notification

I understand that my order may be subject to sales tax depending on where I reside.

E-mail List

I understand that Constellation Complex may send me subsequent notices of product specials, sales, and announcements and that by submitting my order, registering for an account, or entering my email on the Constellation Complex website, I am agreeing to add my name and e-mail address to the e-mail list maintained by Constellation Complex. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

Release of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify and Defend

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Constellation Complex and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from Constellation Complex. I fully agree that by placing my order, I release Constellation Complex from any and all liability arising from or related to the products I purchased from Constellation Complex, including but not limited to my or anyone else’s use of the product, my or anyone else’s storage of the product, and my or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Constellation Complex and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products I purchased from Constellation Complex.
